How did you get started training?
I started with my friends. I didn't believe in personal trainers, but my friend suggested I should do it. I started with New York Sports Club and got my certification. Then, continued my career from there.
Why do you think you're New York's Hottest Gay Trainer?
I love what I do. I love my body, and I like to be healthy. I want to be sharing that with others that could benefit from exercise and eating healthier.
Do you have a personal fitness philosophy?
To be healthy you just have to focus on the goal you want to accomplish. It's about changing yourself. You have to start from you.
What's the biggest mistake people make at the gym?
The big mistake people make is that they think they're very strong and can lift very heavy. Then, they're going home and eating like nothing will be left for them tomorrow.
