It’s time a #ThrowbackThursday! DC Comics premiered Catwoman #35 a few days ago, and Selina Kyle is looking fierce—meowww! Written by Genevieve Valentine, the issue marks a new direction for Ms. Kyle (aka Catwoman) as she molds to her new role as “Crime Boss of Gotham City.”
Looking at the cover art by Jae Lee and Joshua Middleton, we couldn’t help but draw comparisons to our 2013 State of Drag issue with cover girl Thorgy Thor and a pair of hairless feline friends. Put a whip in her hand and Thorgy practically is Catwoman.
