Tracy Young spins a swashbuckling set at IndepenDance: Thieves Market.

For the first time in its history, Fire Island’s hottest Fourth of July party is on the move. “I’ve been involved with IndepenDance for 12 years,” says DJ Tracy Young, who sees the relocation as an opportunity to reinvent. “We’ve always done really amazing things at Reflections, so I’m looking forward to this year.” While Young doesn’t have a set style, she wants IndepenDance to have “uplifting, melodic, vocal-heavy, happy sets.” Here’s a taste of what to expect from her at IndepenDance: Thieves Market.
